How does it work?

01

DPE ADEME

— recent energy performance certificates flag properties about to go on the market. This is our primary source.

02

DVF

— recent transactions provide a price and area reference for similar properties already sold.

03

Parcelles

— if you have the land area, we search for cadastral plots of equivalent area in the municipality.

Clicking a result opens a satellite preview to confirm before going to the map.

Why find the address of a property for sale?

I.

Save on agency fees

Agency fees often represent 4–8 % of the sale price — sometimes paid by the buyer. By identifying the exact address of a property advertised through an agency, you can contact the owner directly and negotiate without an intermediary.

II.

Verify the agent's information

Agents sometimes list a nearby larger city instead of the actual municipality, inflate the floor area, or omit the year of construction. The official IGN cadastre and ADEME energy certificate give you the reference data to cross-check.

III.

Analyse the surroundings before visiting

The cadastral map reveals the plot orientation, the immediate neighbourhood, the presence of roads or waterways, and the real land area. Identify deal-breakers before you even make the trip.
